Ready to present your project or an idea? Learn how to do it a visual way, for example PechaKucha style! In this workshop you will learn how to make use of visual storytelling for presenting your idea or innovation while effectively grabbing the audience’s attention.
The modern ways of communication have reshaped how stories are being told. Highly innovative concepts can be sometimes very difficult to explain and to understand. Visual storytelling is a powerful and creative way of explaining new concepts in an engaging way. So if you want to effectively present a new idea or an innovation and make your audience really understand and connect – visual storytelling is the way to go.
This workshop serves as a preparation and introduction to the PechaKucha presentation style. During a PechaKucha talk every speaker presents 20 images which are shown for 20 seconds each.
In this workshop you will get introduced to some examples of visual storytelling. Then you will work on finding your own visual way of presenting your idea or your story. In the last step you will present your work and receive feedback from the other participants.
It is free to attend but you need to register in advance.
